Advisory Commissions

Building Commission
Consultative body which advises the Pastor in areas of maintenance, repair and capital improvements to the physical plant and grounds. It works together with the Finance Council to secure bids for any work that is required. Members are appointed. Contact Fr. Mark Starr  if you are interested in serving in this commission.


Finance Council
Consultative body which shares their collective accounting and management skills to advise the Pastor in areas of financial planning, fiscal management, and cost/benefit analyses and evaluations. The council ensures regular financial accountability to the whole parish. Members are appointed.


Hispanic Ministry Commission
Consultative body that promotes and develops programs and ministry to the Spanish speaking congregation of our parish. This commission provides preparation for liturgical and sacramental celebrations, educational and catechetical programs as well as community and cultural outreach to Spanish speaking parishioners.


Liturgy Team
Consultative body responsible for the implementation of the norms of the General Instruction. This group is to advise the Pastor in areas of the Church's public worship and is to provide catechesis to the entire parish when necessary. This commission also provides a forum for communication among the various liturgical ministries of the parish. No expertise in liturgy is required to participate. Contact  Fr. Planning Commission
This newly forming commission is to plan and implement Pastoral as well as Strategic plans for the parish. The commission is to work closely with the Pastor and other advisory boards to identify opportunities, challenges, issues and solutions to help the parish carry out the Mission of Christ in our midst. Pastoral Council
Advisory board made up of elected and appointed parishioners to counsel the Pastor to support the spiritual and pastoral growth of the parish. Elections are held once a year in the Spring.


Stewardship Commission
This newly forming commission is to promote the Principle of Christian Stewardship in our parish: that all we have and all we are come from God and should be returned to God in gratitude through proportionate commitments of Time, Talent and Treasure. The commission will also plan and conduct the annual Parish Stewardship Renewal including the Archbishop's Annual Appeal. Contact  Fr. Mark Starr  if you are interested in serving in this commission.
